I give up, I can not find what song it is! I have googled so many search strings containing what lyrics I could get from it. I figured the intro was key, but I just can’t make out the third word and I think it must be a verb to make any sense. It literally goes like “____ happens in the alleyway, but sometimes never.” Beyond that, what other snippets I could gather did not help my Google searches. I was trying to figure this out for the sake of using my minimal Japanese knowledge.
